If you decide to end our service provision to you, you must submit a cancellation request. Failing to do so may result in a renewal which you will be charged for. The Service can be cancelled by contacting our Customer Team.

All refunds will be payable less the Stripe payment gateway transaction fee.

Hosting Packages

Given the nature of the service, hosting packages are important in the running of your website, cancelling your hosting will cause you to lose your website data, mailbox and the email addresses. In case of a customer submitting a cancellation request, a refund will be issued only if the account is eligible. Only yearly pre-paid plans are eligible for a refund and only if the refund is requested within 30 days of the payment having been made. To cancel your package, send an email to admin08@multiwebhost.co.uk using your MultiWebHost registered email address. Requests will be processed from Monday – Friday from 09:00 – 17:00.

Website Design

You are entitled to a full refund of the deposit you made in the case that you are not satisfied with the design mock-ups or we have unreasonably delayed your project and are not able to start soon or we are not able to complete the project as agreed or you have decided to cancel the project within 24 hours of making a deposit.

No refund will be given if a design mock-up has already been agreed on and we are still able to complete the project. Also no refund will be given if the delays have been caused by lack of communication from your side.
